NEXUS now available at the Victoria International Airport!

NEXUS now available at the Victoria International Airport!

NEXUS card holders now have a dedicated security lane at YYJ’s security screening point.  This will provide an option for frequent travellers who have obtained their NEXUS card to be fast tracked through the security line during peak hours. 

What is NEXUS?

NEXUS is a bi-national, Canada-United States program for pre-approved, low-risk travellers entering Canada or the United States (U.S.) at designated air, land and marine ports of entry.  NEXUS card holders have completed background checks as part of the application process which permits them to use this dedicated line. To become a NEXUS member, you may apply on-line or in person at enrollment centres across Canada.  Note: There is no enrollment centre at the Victoria Airport.  For further information please refer to the Canada Border Services Agency frequently asked questions website at: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/nexus/faq-eng.html

How do I use my NEXUS card at the Victoria Airport?

If you are a NEXUS card holder, simply show your valid NEXUS card at the security screening point before you get in line and you will be directed to the appropriate lane.
