WestJet Encore Launches Service at Victoria International Airport

Canada's newest regional airline WestJet Encore took to the skies yesterday with inaugural service to Fort St. John, Nanaimo, Vancouver, Saskatoon and Victoria.
The first WestJet Encore Canadian made Bombardier Q400 landed at Victoria International Airport yesterday evening and WestJet guests, representatives and crew were greeted with a warm welcome.
A reception hosted by WestJet and the Victoria Airport Authority (VAA) provided the opportunity for WestJet to welcome Victoria to the WestJet Encore network and for VAA President and CEO Geoff Dickson to thank WestJet Encore for choosing Victoria as one of the first cities to serve.
The once daily service between Victoria and Vancouver brings enhanced connectivity options for travellers with the following schedule:
