Non-Stop Service to Phoenix with WestJet Begins!

Today, WestJet launched new non-stop service between Victoria and Phoenix, Arizona. The inaugural flight departed at 3:10 pm but not before WestJet guests were treated to some fun at the departure gate waiting area. Festivities included complimentary refreshments and a putting contest which gave guests a chance to win WestJet Travel Vouchers as well an opportunity to practice their game before hitting the greens in Phoenix!

Phoenix is a popular sun destination for the residents of Vancouver Island and we’re always pleased to welcome more choice for our travelers” said Geoff Dickson, President & CEO of the Victoria Airport Authority.
