  • Warehouses with activities relating to aviation

Minimum Setbacks:

Front: 7.5 metres Rear: 6.0 metres (from the lease line except where the rear of the building is adjacent to an apron, in which case there is no rear yard requirement) Side: 1.5 metres Exterior: 7.5 metres

Building height is generally limited to 10.0 metres. Maximum allowable lot coverage is 50%. Landscaping requirements are in effect.
