Submit Noise Complaint

The Victoria Airport Authority (VAA) coordinates noise mitigation for aircraft operating to and from Victoria International Airport (YYJ) within a 10 nautical mile radius of the Airport except where such noise is related to aircraft enroute operations. Aircraft flying over YYJ, or beyond this 10 nautical mile range, are outside the scope of the VAAs program.

There are two options to contact us about noise concerns: by telephone on our Noise Hot Line or by email. To register a complaint within 10 nautical miles of YYJ you can call VAAs Noise Hot Line 250-953-7508 - a prompted voicemail service will allow you to leave a complete and detailed message, or submit a noise complaint via our form below.
